The other side also serves as trivet, how cool is that?! The history of the onion pattern goes right back to ancient China, from where porcelain first originated in the Ming period (1368–1644). The Blue and white porcelain has had an attraction for many centuries and still is a statement in todays modern design. Manufactured in Germany between 1902-1969. As new!
