The amazing story of these crystal wine glasses started in a small place called Leichlingen in West Germany. They are a legacy of parents and grandparents who worked in the Glass Factory as glass blowers and cutters. What a history behind these items and their manufacturer!
Produced by Rheinkristall (Leichlingen 1955-1964). Hans-Theo Baumann designed for Rheinkristall in 1962. They mainly used waffle patterns all over the glass and a wide 24 carat gold rim on top. The waffle comes in 2 sizes. We have become a big fan and always try to collect them.
